• Organization and Workforce Transformation— Integrated approach to align business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models by applying capabilities such as scenario modelling, org design, workforce planning & analytics as well as talent strategy, leveraging our proprietary, award‑winning EY Organization & Talent Hub.

Your Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Strong capability in applying core consulting methodologies to analyze workforce-related business challenges. Proficient in conducting structured assessments, problem decomposition, and data‑driven analysis for client engagements. Ability to support workforce advisory solutions through research, benchmarking, and preparation of actionable recommendations. Experienced in developing clear, well‑structured deliverables such as reports, presentations, and client‑facing materials. Demonstrated understanding of shopfloor requirements and operational contexts to support practical workforce advisory outcomes.
