Henkel India is seeking a senior operations leader to drive Sub-Region India (Region IMEA) manufacturing operations across six sites. You will report to the Regional Head of Operations and participate in the Regional Leadership Team and India ExCom, steering production, quality, safety, and cost efficiency.

The role emphasizes transformation toward Smart Factory practices, sustainability, and cross-functional leadership across multiple plants, technologies, and teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Responsible for operations and projects for Sub-Region India of Region IMEA (India Middle East and Africa) consisting of six own manufacturing sites producing adhesives, sealants, and surface treatment products. Reporting to the Regional Head of Operations and part of the Regional Leadership Team, the position requires high level of interaction with Regional and Global team members. The job holder is a member of the India ExCom, Board member of Henkel India, Henkel Anand (JV between Henkel and Anand Group) and Occupier for all the manufacturing sites.
• Deliver production volumes, to required quality and cost effectiveness requirements in a safe and compliant manner in line with applicable standards and international best practices.
• Optimise resources of multiple plants, technologies, departments and human resources to provide best in class delivery while driving continuous improvements.
• Drive culture & people development through model leadership behaviour across diverse and multi-generational workforce. Lead Industrial Relations context to the best win-win outcomes.
• Lead the organizational change towards industry leading trends of Smart Factory and Industry 4.0 and improving sustainability performance.
