Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 18+ years of manufacturing/plant operations experience with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in complex, customer-driven, project-based manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations including Production, Maintenance, PPC, Stores, Logistics and Procurement.
• Drive performance across quality, cost, delivery, safety, productivity and profitability.
• Develop and execute production strategies aligned with customer requirements and business goals.
• Lead operations in a project-based, customer-driven environment with changing priorities.
• Improve visibility, predictability, capacity planning and resource utilization.
• Drive OEE, yield, labour productivity, downtime reduction and cost optimization.
• Establish robust production planning and scheduling to improve OTIF and reduce bottlenecks.
• Optimize inventory, material flow and coordination across production, procurement, stores and logistics.
• Lead preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment availability.

Job Description

• * Lead end-to-end operations covering Production, Maintenance, Production Planning & Control (PPC), Stores, Logistics, and Procurement.
• * Drive manufacturing performance across quality, cost, delivery, safety, productivity, and profitability.
• * Develop and execute production strategies aligned with customer requirements and overall business objectives.
• * Lead operations within a dynamic, project-based and customer-driven manufacturing environment with changing priorities and delivery requirements.
• * Improve operational visibility, predictability, capacity planning, and resource utilization across manufacturing.
• * Drive OEE improvement, yield enhancement, labour productivity, downtime reduction, and manufacturing cost optimization.
• * Establish robust production planning and scheduling processes to improve OTIF delivery and minimize bottlenecks.
• * Optimize inventory, material flow, and coordination between production, procurement, stores, and logistics.
• * Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies to maximize machinery and equipment availability.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

• Holds a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
• Brings 18+ years of manufacturing/plant operations experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Has strong experience in complex, customer-driven manufacturing environments, with project-based manufacturing exposure highly preferred.
• Demonstrates end-to-end understanding of Production, Maintenance, PPC, Supply Chain, Stores, Logistics, and manufacturing operations.
• Has successfully led organizational transformation and continuous improvement programs within manufacturing environments.
• Brings strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and operational excellence.
• Has experience improving OEE, productivity, capacity utilization, OTIF, quality, and manufacturing cost performance.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
