Ideal candidates have 15+ years in backend, proven leadership in high-scale environments, and hands-on experience with AWS, Redis, Kafka, and Elasticsearch.

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of backend engineering experience, primarily in Java/Spring Boot.
