Job Overview

As the Director of Engineering, you will provide both technical leadership and strategic direction to our frontend, backend, and mobile engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Build, manage, and mentor a team of frontend, backend, and mobile app engineers.
Foster a high-performance engineering culture focused on code quality, accountability, and continuous learning.
Provide hands‑on guidance for system architecture, design patterns, performance optimization, and technology selection.
Architect systems for scale, performance, and maintainability to support a growing B2C user base.
Deep knowledge of frontend frameworks and backend systems (RESTful APIs, databases, authentication)
Experience in building and scaling B2C web/mobile products.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in an engineering leadership role.
Proven experience in leading cross‑functional engineering teams in a fast‑paced product environment.
