Responsibilities

Lead the engineering team across multiple product and platform teams.
Ensure uptime and low latency across high-volume trading flows.
Own end-to-end delivery from architecture to deployment.
Mentor engineering managers and staff engineers.
Mentor EMs and Staff Engineers; build succession depth and scale org capabilities.
Drive modernisation initiatives – CI/CD, observability, testing automation, cloud efficiency.

Experience in fintech or crypto domains with high throughput and low‑latency systems.
Proven ability to scale engineering orgs (30–80+) and deliver mission‑critical products.
Hands‑on background in system architecture, distributed systems, and CI/CD.
Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.

You will be mining through these tasks

Lead the engineering org of 30–80+ engineers across multiple product and platform teams.
Ensure 99.99 % uptime and sub‑50 ms latency across high‑volume trading flows.
Own end‑to‑end delivery from architecture to deployment across web, mobile, and backend.
Partner with Product and Platform teams to balance velocity, cost, and quality.
Mentor EMs and Staff Engineers; build succession depth and scale org capabilities.
Drive modernisation initiatives – CI/CD, observability, testing automation, cloud efficiency.
