We are actively seeking a creative Director of Data Architecture to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure software applications adhere to strict performance and security standards.
• Collaborate directly with executive leadership to drive core company milestones.
• Participate actively in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive automated and manual testing protocols.
• Maintain and optimize critical IT infrastructure and cloud environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages and technical frameworks.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• High-level proficiency with remote collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, Teams).
• Solid understanding of version control systems, primarily Git.
• 8-10+ years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
