Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and academic leadership across MBA programme.
• Drive curriculum innovation, ensuring alignment with industry needs and emerging business trends
• Lead faculty recruitment, development, and performance management
• Strengthen research culture — publications, funded projects, and faculty-industry collaborations
• Build and sustain relationships with corporates for placements, live projects, and executive education
• Oversee accreditation processes (NBA, NAAC) and institutional rankings initiatives
• Representing the school at national and international academic forums
• Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to support enrolment growth and brand visibility.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• PhD in Management or a related discipline from a reputed institution
• Minimum 15-20 years of experience in academia, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role (Dean / Director)
• Industry experience or strong industry connect is a significant advantage
