Job summary

ResultsCX in Bengaluru seeks a Director of Marketing - Internal Communications to shape and lead the global employee communications strategy, aligning messaging with business priorities.

You will work with executive leadership, HR, Operations and Marketing to deliver programs spanning engagement, culture, ESG, newsletters, awards, and corporate PR.

The role requires exceptional writing, broad stakeholder management, and success in a global, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing Communications.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience developing executive communications and managing sensitive corporate announcements.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization preferred.

The Director, Marketing - Internal Communications is responsible for developing and executing the company's global employee communications strategy, ensuring employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with business priorities. This role partners closely with executive leadership, HR, Operations, and Marketing to deliver impactful communications that strengthen culture, support business transformation, and reinforce the ResultsCX brand. The role also oversees the company's awards strategy and supports corporate public relations initiatives.

In This Role You Will
