Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Director of Technical Consulting to join our Global Delivery Centre (GDC) team. You will lead capacity planning, hiring, and mentoring of Technical Architects, while collaborating with clients to architect scalable solutions across Salesforce clouds.

The role requires deep expertise in Salesforce architectures, strong stakeholder management, and a proven track record in delivering high CSAT and value. A strong AI/Agentic mindset and CTAS certifications are preferred.

• 15+ years of experience leading Salesforce technical consulting projects.
• Expertise in Salesforce Industries Cloud, Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, and OmniStudio.

• Strong Integration Architecture and Platform Security knowledge.
