What You Will Own
- Enterprise Security Architecture – Design and implement GlobalStep’s security architecture, including security‑system design, tool evaluation and selection, implementation, operating procedures, and continuous improvement. Ensure that the architecture addresses identity, access, devices, endpoints, networks, cloud environments, data movement, and egress controls.
- 24x7 Security and Network Monitoring – Establish and oversee effective 24x7 Security Operations Center (SOC) and Network Operations Center (NOC) monitoring. Define monitoring coverage, alerting, escalation, incident response, service levels, operating metrics, and integration between internal teams, managed‑service providers, and business stakeholders.
- Network and IT Architecture – Define the network and broader IT architecture of GlobalStep so that it is secure, scalable, resilient, cost‑conscious, and responsive to business needs. Own architecture standards and guide the administration of connectivity, infrastructure, cloud services, endpoints, office technology, remote access, and related platforms across all locations.
