Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience with significant leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or high-end commercial interiors.
• Experience managing design teams and large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of design development, materials, FF&E, and project execution.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-management skills.
• UAE/Dubai experience is preferred.
