The position partners closely with Global Mobility CoE HR, Reward, Talent, Finance, Tax, Legal and business leadership teams. The role ensures the effective movement of talent globally while balancing employee experience, regulatory requirements, operational efficiency and cost effectiveness. The position leads to a globally distributed team and is accountable for the performance, implementing governance and continuous evolution of mobility services delivered through a combination of internal teams and strategic external partners In addition to the above, the role holder oversees the implementation of global mobility governance, vendor partnerships, technology transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, driving operational excellence, risk management and value creation working very closely with the Global Mobility policy & Governance lead within Reward Coe.

Polish Salary Range / Polski przedział wynagrodzenia: PLN 375,000 to PLN 625,000The annual gross base salary range for new hires in this position is listed above for each applicable location.
