Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• MBA or CA/CPA preferred for senior levels.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or business finance.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing teams and P&L ownership.
• Experience partnering with US-based or multinational organizations.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and proficiency with FP&A tools and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage financial models for revenue and expense for assigned business units.
• Partner with US and India finance and executive leadership to drive analysis and forecasting.
• Develop and execute annual budgets, long-range plans, and rolling forecasts.
