Job summary

BCE Global Tech - A Bell Canada Company, based in Bengaluru, India, seeks a Director, FP&A and Internal Controls to lead financial planning, governance, and risk management for the GCC.

This role partners with India GCC Leadership and Corporate Finance to drive transformation, scalable controls, and robust performance reporting across P&L and cash flow. Strong leadership and analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (ICAI),CFA, MBA Finance or equivalent professional designation required.
• CIA or risk management certifications are an asset
• 12+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Controllership, Audit, Risk Management, or related finance functions, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and maturing a Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) or equivalent internal control framework within an organization.
• Expert financial modeling and analytical skills. Multi-country delivery, stakeholder management,and executive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and monthly performance reporting.

Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic finance leader who combines financial planning and Analysis, governance, controllership, risk management, internal controls, and business partnering capabilities. The Director, FP&A and Internal Controls will provide strategic financial leadership for BCE Global Technology, Bell Canada's Global Capability Centre in India, leading financial planning, forecasting, business performance management, governance, risk management, and internal controls. The role will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring financial discipline, operational excellence, strong governance, and scalable controls while supporting Bell's transformation and growth objectives. This role is pivotal in driving Bell's financial transformation, ensuring that as we scale our global operations, our financial frameworks are not just compliant, but also a competitive advantage. This role will partner closely with the India GCC Leadership, Corporate Finance team, other stakeholders as well as Internal/External Audit partners.

• Establish a risk and control governance framework aligned with Bell Canada's policies and standards.


• Drive a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous controls improvement across the organization.


• Design, implement, and monitor robust internal control frameworks and governance processes.


• Lead enterprise and operational risk assessments, identifying key risks and mitigation strategies.


• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, financial controls, and regulatory requirements.


• Oversee internal and external audits, including remediation of control deficiencies.


• Strengthen controls over financial reporting, procurement, payroll, and operational processes.
