Job summary

WSA – Wonderful Sound for All is seeking a seasoned Executive Experience Designer to co-own and scale our global Experience Design vision from Hyderabad. You will lead a high-performing team, directing cross-platform experience design and ensuring tight integration of app, web, and service experiences.

You will anchor customer insights to business strategy, guiding design across mobile apps, digital platforms, and service ecosystems while championing craft, leadership, and measurable user impact

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Experience Design or a related field.
• Proven track record leading Experience Design at scale in global, corporate, product-led environments; leadership in senior design roles advantageous.
• Strong experience across mobile apps, digital platforms, and service ecosystems.
• Ability to connect customer insight, business strategy, and technology.
• Experience building and leading high-performing design teams and cultures.
• A passion for craft, leadership, and meaningful user impact.

Responsibilities
