As a Director of Engineering, Silicon One Software for the Silicon One Customer Engineering team, you will lead a dynamic group of software engineers in India and collaborate closely with our customers in North America and with Silicon One Engineering teams in the USA and Europe. You will be at the forefront of managing, supporting and delivering sophisticated software development kits that are integral to Cisco's networking solutions for Silicon One customers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing large (30+ people) high‑performing software teams within the semiconductor or networking domains, with 10+ years of industry experience.
• Experience scaling teams in India, understanding the nuances of the local market, compensation structures, and talent landscape.
• Technical depth to command the respect of senior engineers; understanding of SDKs, ASICs, and networking protocols.
• Comfortable working across time zones and cultures, capable of influencing stakeholders without direct authority. Holds a BSC or higher degree from a leading university, with excellence.
