Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Leads operational execution and service delivery excellence, ensuring alignment with business priorities, data quality, governance, productivity, and customer outcomes.
• Drives organizational effectiveness through workforce planning, talent development, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and leadership development.
• Leads operational excellence initiatives focused on process simplification, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle environment.
• Partners with Product Engineering, NPI, Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure effective execution, alignment, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Identifies, prioritizes, and leads strategic initiatives involving AI, automation, analytics, and digital transformation to improve operational efficiency, scalability, decision-making, and business outcomes.

Education & Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related discipline.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Operations, Product Data Management, Supply Chain, Business Enablement, Transformation, or related functions.
• Demonstrated success leading large global teams and developing leaders within complex operational environments.
• Proven experience driving operational excellence, organizational effectiveness, process improvement, and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong business, operational, technology, and financial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into measurable execution and sustainable business results.

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong people leadership skills with a proven ability to coach and develop leaders, manage managers, build high-performing teams, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and growth.
• Deep understanding of operational excellence, master data management, governance, supply chain operations, order management, and business process transformation.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and organizational influence skills across global functions and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI, automation, analytics, and digital technologies to improve operational performance, scalability, and employee productivity.
• Strong financial and business acumen with experience managing budgets, prioritization, resource planning, investment decisions, and value realization.
