Job summary

MethodHub Consulting Inc. is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Software Architect to lead architecture, design and development for multiple enterprise products. You will shape technical strategy, own end-to-end delivery, and guide cloud-native solutions.

You will mentor teams, drive best practices in code quality, performance, and DevOps with Azure, C#/.NET Core, React, and microservices. Strong leadership and 15+ years of experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product development experience with enterprise grade products.
• 6+ years of hands-on and strategic experience in leading cloud native product engineering teams.
• Extensive experience with C#, .NET Core, Azure Cloud Services and DevOps.
• Working knowledge of React, TypeScript.
• Experience automating development lifecycles using AI tools - Claude, CoPilot, MCP.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for architecture, design, development, quality and performance engineering of one or more enterprise software products.
• Provide technical and strategic leadership for one or more enterprise product engineering teams.
• Ensure quality of one or more product/application code bases and alignment with development standards.
• Development of highly complex cloud native applications, interfaces and integration with other systems.
• Lead/Own the complete development life cycle with agile principles for the respective products.
• Review and recommend changes to the architecture/design/code.
• Own and be accountable for the Performance, Scalability, Reliability and Sustainability of the respective enterprise platform/products.
• Guide the POCs/Technical Solution Approach using AI, open source and commercial toolsets.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for architecture, design, development, quality and performance engineering of one or more enterprise software products
• Provide technical and strategic leadership for one or more enterprise product engineering teams
• Ensure quality of one or more product/application code bases and alignment with development standards
• Development of highly complex cloud native applications, interfaces and integration with other systems
• Lead/Own the complete development life cycle with agile principles for the respective products
• Review and recommend changes to the architecture/design/code
• Head the development of enterprise platform and application features/services with micro services, micro frontend patterns, using Azure cloud services, C# .NET Core, ReactJS, PostGres etc, implementing AI-DevSecOps principles
• Own and be accountable for the Performance, Scalability, Reliability and Sustainability of the respective enterprise platform/products
• Guide the POCs/Technical Solution Approach using the combination of open source, closed source, commercial technology/toolset
• Evaluate and recommend software development tools
• Strive for self-excellence along with managing, coaching/mentoring, enabling success of the development/engineering teams

Requirements

• 12+ years of product development experience with enterprise grade products
• 6+ years of hands-on and strategic experience in leading cloud native product engineering teams
• Extensive experience with C#, .NET Core, Azure Cloud Services and DevOps
• Working knowledge of the JS frameworks - React, TypeScript etc
• Proven experience in automating development lifecycles using combination of AI tools - Claude + CoPilot + MCP
• Strong experience in Micro-Services and/or Micro-Frontend architecture
• Strong experience in container-based development, AKS, Service Fabric etc
• Strong experience in messaging queue systems like RabbitMQ, Kafka
• Experience in architecting, building event driven and distributed software applications using cloud native services - preferably Azure
• Strong experience in Relational and No-SQL databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MS SQL Server
• Preferable experience in integrating LLMs, vector databases, RAG into production apps
• Experience in owning/driving end to end development of multiple products/solutions (incl testing, performance testing, deployment)
• Strong knowledge of implementing Code Quality, Code Monitoring, Performance Engineering, Test Automation Tools
• Experience in coaching/guiding/leading one or more teams of full stack engineers
• Experience working with cross-functional teams - Product Management, Quality, Exec leadership.
