Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Bengaluru on-site is seeking a Director of Employee Transport Services. You will oversee end-to-end ground transport for a large workforce, manage fleets and vendors, and drive AI-enabled route planning and safety initiatives.

The role requires a seasoned leader with a track record in corporate transport programs and regulatory compliance. You will also manage cab-booking platforms like MoveInSync, ensuring high uptime, accurate headcounts, and cost-effective

Qualifications

• Minimum 12-15 years of relevant experience in ground transportation, fleet management, or logistics operations.
• At least 7 years managing large-scale employee transportation programs for corporate or campus environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Transport Management, or equivalent.
• Certifications in fleet management, transportation safety, or logistics operations are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end ground transport services for the client's workforce, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable mobility solutions across PAN India locations.
• Manage end-to-end relationships with ground transport vendors, including contract negotiation and SLA governance.
• Design and execute transport scheduling for optimal route planning, vehicle utilization, and on-time performance; oversee real-time login/log-out tracking.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and client-specific requirements; maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Lead exploration and implementation of AI-driven and automated solutions for route planning, demand forecasting, and fleet tracking.
• Own administration and optimization of cab booking platforms such as MoveInSync; ensure high system uptime and data accuracy.
• Establish and monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement in service delivery and safety.
