Job summary

Jones Lang Lasalle Property Consultants in Bengaluru, India seeks a senior operations professional to drive performance across multiple projects. You will oversee office fit-out programs, lead project teams, and ensure timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met.

You will identify risks, mentor the project management team, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and support strategic initiatives, technology adoption, and compliance with HS&E standards.

Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Broad experience in Office fit-out. Provide oversight and guidance to Project Directors, Senior Project Leads and project Leads within the region, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations. Develop and ensure client relationships. Contribute to bring repeat business from existing clients. Advises project leadership on contract administration matters.
• Project delivery: In collaboration with Project Director/Senior Leads agrees start-up activities by structuring and integrating project functional plans and maintain regular and pro-active client contact until such time as project or program organization is established. Curate and lead diverse project teams. Collaborate with Project Directors, senior project leads & project leads and teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, including overseeing project scope, project resourcing, budget, schedule, quality, safety, and risk management, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks proactively, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, and company policies to protect client interests, maintain project profitability, and safeguard the company's reputation.
• Team Development: Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project management team, fostering a strong culture of collaboration, performance excellence, and professional growth within the region. Create a high-performance team.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., PDS leadership, business development, finance, legal, HR and external partners (e.g., clients, vendor partners) to facilitate smooth project execution and address any challenges or issues that arise.
• Strategic Planning & Execution: Execute the strategic initiatives set by the PDS leadership team within your assigned region, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market-specific requirements.
• Performance Management: Conduct periodic (weekly) project reviews to proactively manage health and safety, resource utilization, training needs and performance against targets, support in managing debts and accounts receivable. Ensures timely completion of all Performance Management processes (on workday) and collaborates with city lead and Cluster lead
• Business Decision Support: Support the India transformation plan and lead new technology implementations. Participates with Regional/City leads in Business Development meetings with clients.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in weekly reviews, address escalations, and inspire the adoption of technology, AI and data strategies. Engage with JLL community on innovation. Proactively attend the client project review meetings and manage client relationship.

Operational Excellence: Monitors progress towards achievement of financial and non-financial objectives and KPIs and reports status to Cluster/City lead on regular basis. Spearhead implementation of PDS India operations policies, procedures, and systems. Support cluster lead in operations, training, incident management, and legal compliance. Ensure that occupational HS&E standards prescribed are maintained. Responsible for ensuring and billing monthly revenue plan across the cluster projects. Responsible for payments collections for the cluster to maintain AR as per business plan.
