Job summary

InspireXT seeks a senior leader to grow its Connected Finance business across ERP, EPM and Finance Transformation. The role blends advisory, architecture, business development and client engagement, initially focusing on executive solution leadership for strategic opportunities.

As the face of InspireXT’s Connected Finance, you will help CFOs modernise finance operations, planning, performance and decision-making through technology, analytics and AI, while driving growth across markets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in consulting, advisory or enterprise transformation, preferably with a finance or accounting background.
• Strong experience with Oracle ERP, Oracle EPM or Finance Transformation.
• Proven CFO engagement, strategic pursuit and business development capabilities.
• Success growing consulting practices or business units and building alliances.
• Deep knowledge of finance operations, planning, forecasting, consolidation and performance management.
• Ability to balance solution leadership with commercial and customer responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

InspireXT seeks a senior leader to grow its Connected Finance business across ERP, EPM and Finance Transformation. The role combines advisory, architecture, business development and customer engagement. Initially focused on executive solution leadership for strategic opportunities, it will evolve into a market-facing advisory and growth role.

As the face of InspireXT’s Connected Finance proposition, the leader will help CFO organisations modernise finance operations, planning, performance and decision-making through technology, analytics and AI.

Key Responsibilities

Connected Finance Advisory & Executive Engagement

• Build trusted relationships with CFOs, finance executives, CIOs and transformation leaders.
  
• Lead executive discussions, workshops and assessments on finance transformation, operating models and roadmaps.
  
• Act as executive sponsor and advisor for key engagements and future-state finance capabilities.
  
• Lead Connected Finance solutions and architecture for strategic pursuits and early engagements.
  
• Shape ERP and EPM solutions with architects through workshops and executive design discussions.
  
• Ensure solutions align with business outcomes, best practices and value realisation.
  
• Provide governance for strategic accounts until broader architecture capability is established.
  

Business Development & Go-to-Market Leadership

• Partner with regional and market leaders to create and execute go-to-market strategies.
  
• Support pipeline generation, strategic account development and opportunity qualification.
  
• Lead strategic pursuits and executive-level sales engagements.
  
• Shape commercial strategies, investment decisions and deal structures.
  
• Collaborate with ERP and EPM Architects to build differentiated and outcome-driven solutions.
  
• Support proposal development, presentations and executive customer engagements
  
• Grow ERP, EPM and Connected Finance revenue, including expansion within existing accounts.
  

Thought Leadership & Market Presence

• Position InspireXT as a recognised thought leader in Connected Finance.
  
• Develop market-facing points of view, frameworks, whitepapers and executive insights.
  
• Represent InspireXT at industry events, Oracle conferences, customer forums and executive roundtables.
  
• Establish and grow strategic relationships with Oracle sales, alliances and product leadership teams.
  
• Develop joint go-to-market initiatives and growth plans with Oracle.
  
• Translate Oracle product innovations and market shifts into new service opportunities.
  
• Identify market gaps and emerging opportunities across Finance Transformation, Enterprise Performance Management, Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Close & Consolidation, AI for Finance, Finance Analytics & Decision Intelligence
  

Delivery Governance & Customer Success

• Provide executive oversight for strategic engagements and partner with the Global Practice Delivery Leader.
  
• Support governance, escalations, programme recovery and risk mitigation.
  
• Ensure customer satisfaction, business outcomes and alignment across expectations, delivery and commercial goals.
  
• Build a lean, high-impact Connected Finance leadership capability aligned to InspireXT's growth strategy.
  
• Recruit and develop key talent across advisory, solution architecture, pre-sales and delivery leadership functions.
  
• Identify future leaders and establish succession plans for critical capabilities.
  
• Mentor senior consultants, architects and emerging leaders.
  
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration and customer-centricity.
  
• Ensure InspireXT maintains sufficient Connected Finance expertise to drive growth.
