Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Director, Commercial Solutions to join our Global Commercial Digital & Technology organization. Based in Hyderabad (Hybrid), you will build and scale commercial technology capabilities within the Global Capability Center and partner with global leaders to drive business-aligned technology strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Significant leadership in pharma/regulated industries.
• Deep knowledge of pharma commercial ops including Sales, Marketing, Omnichannel.
• Experience leading large-scale tech organizations and global delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of CRM/engagement tools (Veeva, Salesforce).
• Knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, consent & transparency requirements.
• Experience establishing GCC/global operating models.
• Experience evaluating AI/Generative AI solutions.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in matrix environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Commercial Digital & Technology org within the GCC.
• Build and expand commercial tech capabilities via hiring, onboarding, talent development, and org design.
• Partner with global leaders to define and implement business-aligned tech strategies.
• Lead end-to-end technology, architecture, data, and solution delivery across Agile and traditional models.
• Deliver and optimize platforms including CRM, customer engagement, analytics, data mgmt, incentive compensation, and omnichannel solutions.
• Establish governance, metrics, process improvement, and continuous optimization.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy requirements.
• Drive adoption of AI and Generative AI by identifying practical business use cases.
• Act as strategic advisor translating complex challenges into scalable tech solutions.
• Communicate with executive leadership across regions to drive alignment.

• Deliver and optimize commercial technology platforms including CRM, customer engagement, commercial analytics, data management, incentive compensation, and omnichannel solutions.
• Establish operational excellence through delivery governance, performance metrics, process improvement, and continuous optimization.
• Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, data privacy requirements, commercial governance frameworks, and audit readiness standards.
• Drive adoption of AI and Generative AI capabilities by identifying practical business use cases while ensuring compliance in regulated commercial environments.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders by translating complex business challenges into scalable and actionable technology solutions.
• Communicate effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams across global regions, driving alignment and informed decision-making.

This Role Requires

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Significant leadership experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
• Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical and biotechnology commercial operations, including Sales, Marketing, Omnichannel Engagement, Market Access, Commercial Analytics, Commercial Operations, and Patient Services.
• Experience leading large-scale technology organizations and global delivery teams across architecture, engineering, and data rigors.
• Strong understanding of commercial technology ecosystems including Veeva CRM, Salesforce platforms, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, master data management, commercial analytics, and customer engagement solutions.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations including GDPR, HIPAA, consent management, transparency requirements, and commercial compliance standards.
• Experience establishing and expanding Global Capability Center (GCC) organizations or similar global operating models.
• Demonstrated experience evaluating, implementing, and governing AI and Generative AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Proven ability to influence senior collaborators and operate effectively within complex global matrix environments.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, organizational leadership, and executive communication skills.
