Job description

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of end-to-end pharmaceutical commercial ecosystem, including I&A, market access, sales and field operations, marketing execution and patient engagement
• Deep familiarity with commercial data domains, including patient, HCP, claims, prescription, payer, CRM and market datasets
• Experience leveraging advanced analytics and insights frameworks, including customer analytics, segmentation, performance analytics and forecasting to inform business decisions
• Understanding of data strategy, data governance, and data management frameworks, including data quality, standardization, and scalability of data assets
• Knowledge of digital, CRM and omnichannel engagement ecosystems, including campaign measurement, media analytics and customer engagement strategies
• Experience working with enterprise reporting and visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to enable performance tracking and executive dashboards
• Familiarity with commercial operations processes, including campaign execution, incentive compensation, territory alignment and program delivery models
• Understanding of data integration and architecture concepts, including multi-source data environments, ETL pipelines and analytics enablement
• Knowledge of regulatory, compliance and MLR processes impacting commercial content and engagement in pharmaceutical environments
• Experience building and scaling global capability models, operating frameworks and service delivery structures
