Job summary

EY-Parthenon in Noida, UP is seeking a Director for our Building Material and Industrials practice to lead strategy engagements and transformation programs. You will shape market strategies, drive due diligences, and foster client relationships across private equity and corporate clients.

You will oversee business development, contribute to thought leadership, and ensure delivery excellence while aligning with firm standards. Travel within India and abroad is expected.

Qualifications

• MBA from a premier institute (Tier-I Indian B-school) or CA with delivery focus on consulting projects.
• 10+ years of professional experience (post MBA) preferably from Consulting.
• In-depth domain knowledge in Building Material and Industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end engagement delivery with high quality and timely deliverables.
• Lead Commercial Due Diligences, Growth and Diversification strategy and Business Transformation engagements for private equity and corporate clients.
• Lead business development via pitch documents, industry notes, and scope of work.
• Establish robust client relationships yielding repeat business.
• Demonstrate highest quality of industry and functional expertise.
• Ensure compliance with firm standards, processes and policies.
• Develop thought leadership and knowledge artifacts on relevant sectors.

Job Summary

EY-Parthenon is looking for a Director for our Building Material and Industrials practice. The role provides an opportunity to be part of the team which assist businesses in setting strategic goals and identifying the steps to meet them along with supporting them in implementation of the plan/strategy. This role would involve analysing industry dynamics such as market size, growth, and share of leading competitors, identify the business unique competitive advantage and help create alignment among all business units and functions to support and enhance this positioning. Team offers clients with Business Model Reinvention, New Market Entry Opportunities and Digital Strategy and Innovation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end engagement delivery/ execution with high quality and timely deliverables
• Primary delivery responsibility in the execution of Commercial Due Diligences, Growth and Diversification strategy and Business Transformation engagements for private equity and corporate clients
• Lead creation of various business development initiatives such as preparation of pitch documents, industry notes, scope of work, etc
• Establish robust client relationships leading to better service quality and repeat business
• Demonstrate highest quality of industry and functional expertise
• Ensure compliance to the firms standards, processes and policies
• Develop thought leadership and knowledge artifacts on relevant sectors

To qualify for the role you must have

• MBA from a premier institute (Tier-I Indian B-school) or Chartered Accountant with a focus on delivery of consulting projects in a professional services environment
• Preferred : 10+ years of professional experience (post MBA) preferably from Consulting
• In-depth domain knowledge and expertise in one of the Building Material and Industrial sectors
