  • Develop and enhance dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions that provide senior leaders with meaningful performance insights and actionable recommendations
  • Identify opportunities to improve maintenance efficiency, enabling technical teams to focus on higher value build and transformation activity.

  • Provide strategic business and technical expertise on complex banking process issues, including business case development, financial impact assessment, risk and control considerations, implementation approach, and sustainment requirements
  • Co-own target business outcomes with business partners, monitor benefit realization after implementation, and recommend enhancements where strategic objectives, adoption, controls, or measurable value are not being achieved
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing technical team of analytics, reporting, and automation professionals, setting clear priorities, expectations, and performance standards.
  • Own prioritization and delivery of the analytics and automation portfolio, balancing business value, capacity, risk, complexity, and strategic alignment
  • Ensure delivered solutions include appropriate governance, documentation, controls, sustainment, and benefit tracking
  • Drive adoption and change management with business partners to ensure solutions are embedded, scalable, and delivering measurable outcomes
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:

  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to design, build, and implement scalable automation solutions
  • Engage regularly with executive leaders to provide insights, recommendations, and decision support on strategic and operational priorities
  • Work with Technology, Data, and BI teams to enable access to multiple data sources and support solution integration
  • Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, and Control partners to ensure adherence to governance, policy, and enterprise standards
  • Represent the business area in executive forums and enterprise committees, advocating for priorities and influencing organizational direction
