Job summary

Vhunt4u Bengaluru seeks a senior leader for CMOS analog and mixed-signal IC design with 15+ years' experience, including 10+ years leading teams across continents. You will drive design of SERDES, ADC/DAC/PLL blocks, and power-management circuits, and oversee end-to-end tape-outs, timelines, and multi-site coordination.

Required are a BE/BTech or MTech in EEE/EC, strong CAD tool mastery (Cadence, HSPICE, Spectre), scripting skills (Perl/Unix), and willingness to travel and work onsite as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in engineering (EEE/EC) required.
• Expertise in mixed-signal or CMOS circuit design.
• Mandatory high-speed SERDES experience.
• Experience with ADC/DAC/PLL or IO cell simulation/characterization.
• Knowledge of Cadence and circuit simulation tools.
• Ability to document designs and results, and manage layouts.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and architect CMOS analog and mixed-signal IC designs.
• Oversee end-to-end projects including tape-outs and multi-site coordination.
• Guide testing, simulation, and verification activities.
• Mentor design teams across continents and shape business strategy.

Job description

• Bachelor''s / Master''s degree in engineering from EEE / E&C with expertise in mixed-signal or CMOS circuit design
• Expertise with high-speed SERDES circuits is mandatory
• Expertise in analog blocks like power management DC-DC convertor, LDOs
• Expertise in designing ADC / DAC/ PLLs or Experience in simulation or characterization of IO cells
• Design and architect CMOS analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits
• Simulate designs with state-of-the-art CAD tools
• Document designs and simulation results
• Knowledge of layout issues
• Expertise with circuit simulators (HSPICE, Spectre, etc)
• Expertise with Cadence Design Environment is an asset
• Expertise in PERL and UNIX shell scripting languages
• 15+ years of experience must include 10+ years of expertise in managing and leading mixed signal design teams across different continents
• Expertise in leading business strategy in the VLSI / Semiconductor Services / foundry business industry
• Expertise in managing end to end projects including tape outs
• Must be willing to travel at short notice, relocate as per business needs
