• Handle leads generated through digital campaigns, website enquiries, telecalling, references and other company-provided sources.
• Contact prospective customers, understand their financial and protection needs, and recommend suitable life insurance products.
• Conduct customer meetings and explain policy benefits, coverage, premium, terms and conditions.
• Convert qualified leads into successful policy sales.
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual business targets.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
• Coordinate with underwriting, operations and customer service teams for smooth policy issuance.
• Ensure timely completion of proposal forms, KYC, medicals and other required documentation.
• Drive renewal collections, persistency and customer retention through regular customer follow-up.
