Job summary

Pinnacle Industries is seeking a maintenance role to support day-to-day upkeep of plant machinery in our facility. You will assist in routine maintenance, monitor performance, and help implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.

The role involves maintaining records, supporting spare parts inventory, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and procedures. You will work with senior engineers on troubleshooting and coordinate with production teams to reduce downtime.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day maintenance activities of plant machinery and equipment.
• Support preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities.
• Assist in root cause analysis of equipment failures and implementation of corrective actions.
• Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and equipment history.
• Support spare parts inventory management and consumption tracking.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and plant maintenance procedures.
• Participate in TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist senior engineers during troubleshooting and machine installations.
• Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime.
