Responsibilities

• SHE compliance and leadership; responsible for SHE performance in the field; coach employees for excellent SHE performance.
• Execute and monitor the production process based on approved work orders and plan.
• Implement procedures and processes; maintain shop floor housekeeping as per Continuous Improvement standard.
• Emergency response and immediate reporting.
• Production quality and efficiency.
• Timely communication of complete and accurate production reports and daily work report in daily meeting.
• Manage shift operators: supervision, communication, coaching, training, development.
• Plan and communicate changeover plan and issues.
• Root cause analysis and communication of a Customer complaint.
• Follow and monitor actions decided in a project.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
