Brik Oven is seeking a Dining Associate to join our Food & Beverage Service team in Bengaluru. You will help deliver a welcoming dine-in experience, craft coffee, and ensure operations run smoothly with a strong emphasis on professional presentation.

You will follow Brik Oven standards, support both front-of-house and delivery activities, and contribute to a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Prior hospitality or restaurant exposure is valued, with a flexible, customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Read and write at a beginner level, speak English at an intermediate level.
• 10th standard completed; hospitality certification is a plus.
• Experience in restaurant operations or similar role.
• Presentable and well-groomed appearance per hygiene standards.
• Customer service-oriented and hospitable.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, flexible and multitask.
• Lift a minimum of 10 kg and stand for long periods.

Requirements
