We are seeking an exceptional Digitization and Technology Lead to join our team in overseeing the BMS operations and OT network of our state-of-the-art 3.2 million square foot facility. This pivotal role demands a visionary leader with extensive experience in large-scale facility management and a deep understanding of complex Building Management Systems (BMS), Lighting Management Systems (LMS), and Property Management Systems (PMS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy and implementation of digital solutions across building management systems
- Manage and optimize the Operational Technology (OT) network infrastructure
- Oversee the integration and performance of BMS, LMS, and PMS platforms
- Drive innovation and efficiency through technology adoption and process improvement
- Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance across all digital building systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with operational needs
- Develop and implement data analytics strategies to enhance building performance
- Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with significant focus on building systems integration
- Proven experience managing large-scale building technology systems
- Expert knowledge of BMS, LMS, and PMS platforms and their integration
- Strong understanding of OT networks and cybersecurity in building environments
- Advanced networking expertise, including TCP/IP, VLAN configuration, routing protocols, and network security implementation
- Proficiency in virtual environment management (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar) and cloud integration strategies
- Comprehensive knowledge of Windows server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows-based application deployment
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives in facility management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, Electrical or related field
- Relevant certifications in building systems, facility management, networking (CCNA/CCNP), or Microsoft technologies
- Experience with IoT implementation and smart building technologies
- Background in energy management and sustainability initiatives
