Job summary

Talentfleet Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a SharePoint and M365 governance lead to own architecture, provisioning, and governance across the organisation. You will drive Copilot rollout, licensing, and adoption campaigns, acting as the internal owner for Copilot and SharePoint and translating stakeholder needs into practical solutions.

You will plan digital workplace initiatives, develop content governance policies, and monitor platform health in partnership with IT operations.

Qualifications

• Experience rolling out or administering Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 governance (retention, compliance, permissions models).
• Experience with adoption/change initiatives for digital tools.
• Good English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Comfort working directly with business stakeholders as well as IT.
• Bonus: Power Platform experience or change management.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership for SharePoint architecture, site provisioning, permissions governance, and information architecture across the organisation
• Drive Microsoft 365 Copilot rollout: licensing, use-case identification, adoption campaigns, and measuring impact
• Act as the internal owner for Copilot and SharePoint, fielding requests from business stakeholders
• Plan and execute digital workplace initiatives (e.g. intranet improvements, collaboration tooling, automation of workplace processes)
• Develop governance policies for content, permissions, and lifecycle management across M365 workloads
• Monitor digital experience metrics with IT operations and prioritise platform improvements
• Establish and run a recurring digital workplace governance forum for SharePoint/Copilot decisions
• Collaborate with IT, Automation & AI, and stakeholders to align initiatives with security
• Create and maintain user-facing documentation, training materials, and adoption resources

Job Description

• Take ownership for SharePoint architecture, site provisioning, permissions governance, and information architecture across the organisation
• Work with the AI team to drive Microsoft 365 Copilot rollout: licensing, use-case identification, adoption campaigns, and measuring impact
• Act as the internal owner for Copilot and SharePoint, fielding requests from business stakeholders and translating them into workable solutions
• Plan and execute digital workplace initiatives (e.g. intranet improvements, collaboration tooling, automation of workplace processes)
• Develop governance policies for content, permissions, and lifecycle management across M365 workloads
• Monitor digital experience metrics (device performance, app responsiveness, platform health) in partnership with Core IT Operations, using them to prioritize platform improvements
• Establish and run a recurring digital workplace governance forum for SharePoint/Copilot decisions and prioritization
• Partner with Core IT, Automation & AI, and business stakeholders to align digital workplace initiatives with infrastructure and security requirements
• Create and maintain user-facing documentation, training materials, and adoption resources

Requirements

• Practical experience rolling out or administering Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 governance (retention, compliance, permissions models)
• Experience running adoption/change initiatives for digital tools, not just technical deployment
• Experience with digital experience monitoring or license/cost management is a plus
• Good English communication skills, written and spoken
• Comfort working directly with business stakeholders as well as IT
• Bonus: Power Platform experience (Power Automate/Power Apps), or background in change management/digital adoption
