Job summary

Stealth AI Startup in Hyderabad is seeking Digital Twin Engineers to build high-fidelity, simulation-ready environments for AI data centers using NVIDIA Omniverse.

You will integrate BIM/CAD models, run real-time visualization and AI-powered predictive insights, and collaborate with ML teams to optimize cooling and energy performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with NVIDIA Omniverse or OpenUSD-based 3D apps.
• Strong knowledge of 3D visualization, scene composition, asset pipelines, and real-time rendering.
• Experience with BIM/CAD tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, IFC, AutoCAD or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-fidelity digital twins of hyperscale and AI data centers using NVIDIA Omniverse.
• Integrate BIM/CAD models, including Revit, IFC, and other 3D engineering assets, into interactive digital environments.
• Build digital representations of data center infrastructure, including IT racks, server halls, power distribution, HVAC, liquid cooling systems, CDUs, and piping networks.
• Develop real-time visualization, simulation, and monitoring workflows using OpenUSD and Omniverse technologies.
• Integrate live and historical data from BMS, SCADA, IoT sensors, and infrastructure monitoring systems.
• Enable thermal, airflow, energy, and operational simulations to support data center design, commissioning, and optimization.
• Build interactive dashboards and 3D interfaces that help engineering and operations teams visualize infrastructure performance.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to enable predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and AI-powered infrastructure intelligence.
• Optimize digital twin applications for large-scale, complex data center environments.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Hands‑on experience with NVIDIA Omniverse, Omniverse Kit, USD, or OpenUSD-based 3D applications.
• Strong knowledge of 3D visualization, scene composition, asset pipelines, and real‑time rendering.
• Experience working with BIM/CAD tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, IFC, AutoCAD, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Python; experience with C++ is an advantage.
• Familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, and integration of real‑time telemetry into 3D applications.
• Understanding of data center infrastructure, MEP systems, HVAC, electrical systems, or industrial facilities is highly desirable.
• Experience with physics-based simulation, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), thermal simulation, or robotics simulation is a plus.

Good to Have

• Experience with NVIDIA Omniverse Digital Twins, Isaac Sim, or OpenUSD workflows.
• Exposure to NVIDIA PhysicsNeMo, Modulus, or other simulation technologies.
• Knowledge of liquid cooling, direct‑to‑chip cooling, coolant distribution units (CDUs), and data center thermal management.
• Experience integrating Modbus, BACnet, MQTT, OPC UA, or similar industrial protocols.
• Experience building digital twins for hyperscale data centers, semiconductor facilities, manufacturing plants, or smart buildings.
