Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking an Automation Engineer to lead enterprise-wide automation initiatives across global teams. You will design, develop, deploy, and support automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform, define governance within the CoE, and align roadmaps with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related STEM field.
• 8+ years of experience in Automation, Software Engineering or Digital Transformation.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong knowledge of automation architecture, governance, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled automation solutions and process mining platforms.
• Proven leadership in managing automation programs with global stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and consulting skills.
