Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Digital Technology Senior Specialist - Solution Architecture to lead enterprise-scale B2B and B2C digital commerce solutions. The role focuses on SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and Salesforce Commerce, plus integrations with ERP, CRM, PIM, CMS, OMS, and payment systems.

Responsibilities include defining end-to-end commerce architecture, leading reviews and roadmaps, and driving composable commerce strategies across cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP).

Qualifications

• Experience in E-Commerce architecture for B2B and B2C.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Hybris and Salesforce Commerce.
• Experience with cloud-native platforms and microservices architecture.
• Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders, lead architecture reviews and create technical roadmaps.

Join our Baker Hughes Team! We are seeking an experienced Senior E-Commerce Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale B2B and B2C digital commerce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud (SAP Hybris) and Salesforce Commerce platforms, along with strong experience integrating commerce ecosystems across SAP ERP, CRM, PIM, CMS, OMS, payment, and customer engagement platforms. Architecture & Solution Design

• Define end-to-end commerce architecture strategy for B2B and B2C channels.
• Design scalable, secure, highly available, and cloud-native commerce platforms.
• Lead architecture reviews, design workshops, and technology assessments.
• Create architecture artifacts including solution blueprints, integration diagrams, and technical roadmaps.
• Drive platform modernization, digital transformation, and composable commerce strategies.

SAP Commerce Cloud / SAP Hybris

• Architect and implement complex SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) solutions.
• Design B2B and B2C commerce capabilities including: Product Catalog Management Pricing & Promotions Search & Merchandising Customer Account Management Order Management Checkout & Payment Integration Subscription Commerce Guide platform upgrades, performance tuning, and migration activities.

Salesforce Commerce Ecosystem

• Lead architecture and implementation of Salesforce Commerce solutions including: Salesforce B2C & B2B Commerce Sales & Service Cloud Integration Marketing Cloud Integration
• Integration architecture across Salesforce ecosystem and third-party applications.
• Integration & Enterprise Architecture Design integrations with SAP ECC, Salesforce CRM, CMS Platforms, Payment Gateways, Tax Engines, Logistic Applications
• Develop API-first, event-driven, and microservices-based architectures.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and governance.
• Architect cloud-native solutions leveraging Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead cross-functional architecture teams and mentor technical architects and developers.
• Collaborate with business leaders to translate requirements into technology solutions.
• Provide technology guidance during RFPs, estimations, and solution planning.
• Present architecture recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

To be successful in this role you will:

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• 8+ years in E-Commerce architecture and solution delivery.
• Required experience in Azure DevOps, Python and JavaScript
• Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprises B2B and B2C commerce programs.
• Experience leading global implementation and transformation initiatives.
