The role focuses on **cutting‐edge software applications operating at the intersection of IT and OT**, enabling seamless integration between enterprise systems, operational technologies, and field assets.**How you’ll make an impact*** Collaborate with **business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams** to determine **functional and non‐functional requirements** for new applications and platform capabilities. Define and own **end‐to‐end solution and application architectures** across the full software development lifecycle. Use appropriate tools and methodologies to create **architecture approaches, reference architectures, and implementation proposals**, mapping business and operational needs to technical solutions.* Guide development teams throughout the **software development lifecycle**, ensuring architectural intent, design principles, and standards are consistently applied. Strong knowledge of **software and application design principles**, object‐oriented programming, and architectural patterns.* Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and engineering best practices. Knowledge of **software quality assurance principles** and secure software development lifecycle practices.* Familiarity with **UML and architecture modeling techniques**, with a proven track record in producing high‐quality architectural documentation. Hands‐on experience in **software development and coding**, using technologies such as **C#/.NET, Java, Angular/React**; experience with **NodeJS or Python** is a plus.* Excellent understanding of **web‐based and cloud technologies**. Hands‐on experience with **microservices and REST APIs**, containerization and orchestration (**Docker, Kubernetes**). Experience with **data management systems**, including **SQL and NoSQL databases**, and messaging/event‐driven architectures.* Familiarity with **authentication, authorization, and SSO concepts** (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect) and cross‐cutting concerns such as **logging and monitoring**.
