Job summary

Titan Company Limited seeks a Digital Product Analyst (SAP Functional Consultant) to manage SAP PP production planning and ERP system enhancements. You will translate business requirements into functional configurations and collaborate with the technical team to deliver effective solutions.

Ideal candidates have a background in SAP Production Planning, strong documentation, and the ability to work across multiple modules (PP/MM/QM).

Qualifications

• Graduate in Engineering or related field with SAP PP experience.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience with SAP PP (Production Planning).
• Functional Knowledge in SAP PP.
• Experience in Demand Management, MRP customization, Master Production Schedule, Consumption based Planning.
• Knowledge of BOM, Work center, Routing, Production Version Management.
• Good Documentation skills & Analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Business Functions to understand requirements and enable configuration and enhancement of functionalities.
• Map 'As Is' and design 'To Be' business processes.
• Prepare Functional Specification and interact with Technical Team to create Technical Specifications.

SCOPE OF THE ROLE:

Digital Product Analyst (SAP Functional Consultant) - SAP Production Planning Responsible for implementing / maintaining ERP system.

Applications Note: The person would be working on SAP systems by understanding the business requirements, finalizing business processes and providing inputs to technical team for configuring and enhancing systems.

JOB PROFILE:

• Interacting with Business Functions to understand business requirements to enable configuration and enhancement of functionalities
• Mapping “As Is” and Designing “To Be” Business Processes
• Prepare Functional Specification and interact with Technical Team to enable them to prepare Technical Specification
• Prepare Test Plans and Test document what has been configured or developed
• Documentation of new / change in Business Process with relevant Test Scripts.
• Explore IT Tools and leverage their functionalities for improving business processes
• Keep abreast with latest IT mechanisms and tools to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes.

KEY DELIVERABLES:

Execute IT projects and Maintain Existing Applications and provide support to existing IT initiatives and projects within defined Timelines, Cost and Quality parameters.

• Graduate in Engineering/Any graduate with relevant experience in SAP PP ( Production Planning )
• At least 3 years of Work Experience (Certified SAP PP Consultant & Production Planning & Manufacturing with SAP ERP 6.0 EHP7 will be an added advantage).
• Functional Knowledge in SAP PP
• 1) Demand Management: Creation & Configuration of Planned Independent Requirements. Sound knowledge of different Planning Strategies & their applications
• 2) Material Requirements Planning: Customization of MRP as per requirement
• 3) Master Production schedule
• 4) Consumption based Planning
• 5) BOM , Work center, Routing
• 6) Production Version Management
• 7) Production / Capacity Planning
• 8) Production Control: Production Orders, Goods Movements, Order Confirmation, Settlement process
• 9) PP Configuration
• 10) PP / MM / QM / Costing Integrations
• Experience in the SAP Support of any Manufacturing company where Planning / Procurement / Manufacturing / Supply Chain Functions involved.
• Age – Less than 30 years
• Sound understanding of Business Process in their own domain
• Ability to articulate ideas clearly
• Knowledge / Skill in MM / PM/QM will be an added advantage
• Good Documentation skills & Analytical skills
• Good communication skills.
