Job summary

Collective Newsroom Private Limited in India is seeking a seasoned Digital Media Technology Platform Manager to oversee and optimize the technology stack powering content creation, publishing, live streaming and social media distribution.

You will ensure platform reliability, drive automation, monitor performance, and collaborate with editorial and technical teams to enable scalable, innovative digital media operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or equivalent.
• 7-10 years of experience in Digital Media Technology, Digital Publishing, Video Technology, Social Media Platforms, Media Operations, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support digital media production workflows including NRCS.
• Support live streaming and digital video delivery technologies.
• Support cloud-based media platforms and storage solutions.
• Assist in platform monitoring, capacity planning, and service optimization.
• Support backup and disaster recovery processes.
• Develop dashboards and reporting solutions to support business operations and decision-making.
