Role Description The Digital Marketing Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Thrissur. This role involves designing and delivering engaging training sessions on core digital marketing topics, including social media marketing, online branding, content strategy, and performance tracking. The trainer will develop lesson plans, create training materials, assess learner progress, and provide feedback to help participants build practical skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting classroom sessions, mentoring learners, staying updated with industry trends, and collaborating with the academy team to refine the curriculum and enhance training outcomes.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and facilitate interactive sessions.
• Hands-on Marketing and Social Media Marketing experience, with practical knowledge of major platforms and digital campaign strategies.
• Demonstrated Training experience, preferably in digital marketing or related fields, with the ability to design and deliver structured courses.
• Sales awareness or experience, with an understanding of how digital marketing supports lead generation and conversion.
• Relevant academic background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., analytics platforms, ad managers, content management systems) and current industry best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, manage multiple batches or programs, and adapt content for diverse learner levels.
• Prior experience in training institutes, edtech, or corporate training is an advantage.
