Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications (or related field)
• Relevant industry certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta, HubSpot, etc., are a plus
• 25+ years industry experience is valuable for training excellence

Responsibilities

• Conduct theory and practical training sessions on Digital Marketing.
• Train students on SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Web Analytics.
• Provide hands-on training through live projects, campaigns, assignments, and case studies.
• Teach students how to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
• Train students in GA4, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager.
• Explain keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, technical SEO, competitor analysis, and SEO reporting.
• Guide students in creating and managing social media campaigns across platforms.
• Monitor student performance through assessments, practical exercises, and projects.
• Develop and update training materials, presentations, assignments, and project modules.
• Mentor students on industry practices, career opportunities, and interview preparation.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, advertising trends, AI tools, and digital marketing strategies.
