Preferred: Training experience, LMS, communication and presentation skills

• Develop and deliver comprehensive digital marketing training programs, covering topics such as SEO, SEM (including Google Ads), Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, and Analytics
• Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs and learning objectives of different audiences (beginners, intermediate, and advanced)
• Utilize a variety of engaging training methods, including lectures, discussions, practical exercises, and case studies
• Create high-quality training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and online modules
• Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course delivery, content management, and learner progress tracking
• Assess learner understanding through quizzes, assignments, and other methods
• Stay current on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices and integrate them into training programs
• Provide ongoing support to trainees after completing the program

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles with a proven track record of success
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners
  
• Teaching/Training experience (Preferred)
  
• Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs
  
• Possession of relevant certifications: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Social Media Marketing certification (a plus)
  
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  
• Fluency in English (Must)
  
• Proficiency in Tamil or Hindi (Preferred)
