Job summary

LabourNet Foundation seeks an experienced Training Specialist to deliver live sessions, workshops, and bootcamps (online and in-person) for diverse learner cohorts, and to design and update course modules and practical case studies.

You will mentor learners on real-world projects, assess progress with quizzes and mock interviews, drive high engagement, and stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and AI features across search, social, and analytics platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering live training sessions, workshops, and bootcamps online or in-person.
• Ability to design and update curriculum, lesson plans, assignments and practical case studies.
• Mentorship and hands-on project guidance.
• Familiarity with current digital marketing trends and AI tools.

• Training Delivery: Conduct live training sessions, workshops, and bootcamps (online and/or in-person) for diverse batches of learners.
• Curriculum Development: Design, regularly update, and refine course modules, lesson plans, assignments, and practical case studies based on current industry trends.
• Hands-on Mentorship: Guide learners through real-world projects, live campaign setups, and tool walkthroughs.
• Assessment & Evaluation: Create and grade assessments, quizzes, and mock interviews to evaluate student progress and readiness.
• Student Engagement: Provide constructive feedback, host doubt-clearing sessions, and maintain high engagement levels throughout the course duration.
• Continuous Learning: Stay at the forefront of digital marketing changes, including search engine algorithm updates, new ad platform features, and emerging AI tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Proficiency: Deep, working knowledge of the core digital marketing mix:
  • SEO/SEM: Google Ads, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4) and Looker Studio.
  • Paid Social: Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Automation/CRM: HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
