Description

PENNEP is seeking a highly creative and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive leads and sales. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques, as well as strong analytical and communication skills.


Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine marketing, and display advertising.
  2. Create compelling content for social media, email marketing, and other digital channels that aligns with the brand voice and messaging.
  3. Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO).
  4. Analyze campaign data and metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with other teams, including sales and product development, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
  6. Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and techniques to continually improve campaign performance.
  7. Manage relationships with clients and external vendors, including advertising agencies and freelance contractors.
  8. Develop and manage digital marketing budgets to ensure campaigns are cost-effective and meet business objectives.

Requirements

  1. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful campaigns.
  2. Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and techniques, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.
  3. Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling content that aligns with the brand voice and messaging.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools.
  6. Experience with digital marketing automation software.
  7. Experience with web design and development is a plus.
  8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  9. Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.

Nice to Have

  1. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  2. Ability to use Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
  3. Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g. Dreamweaver).

Education

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
