PENNEP is seeking a highly creative and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive leads and sales. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques, as well as strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine marketing, and display advertising.
• Create compelling content for social media, email marketing, and other digital channels that aligns with the brand voice and messaging.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO).
• Analyze campaign data and metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other teams, including sales and product development, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and techniques to continually improve campaign performance.
• Manage relationships with clients, external vendors, including advertising agencies and freelance contractors.
