About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• A. Campaign execution & management:
  1. Set up, launch, and manage campaigns in Meta Ads Manager
  2. Handle campaign structure (Campaign - Ad set - ad), audience targeting, creative uploads & ad copy implementation
  3. Ensure campaigns go live error-free and on time
• B. Daily monitoring & optimization:
  1. Track and manage performance daily spend, CTR, CPC and CPA
  2. Identify issues such as- High CPA, low CTR, ad fatigue and take action (pause, adjust, escal
• C. Performance analysis:
  1. Analyze campaign data and identify - What's working and what's not working
  2. Share insights and suggest improvements based on data
• D. Testing & experimentation
  1. Execute A/B tests for - Creatives, audiences and ad copies
  2. Support continuous testing to improve performance
• E. Reporting & tracking:
  1. Maintain daily performance reports
  2. Track spend vs results and campaign performance trends
  3. Ensure data is updated and accurate
• F. Cross-team coordination:
  1. Work closely with creative team (for new ads) and strategy team
  2. Ensure timely execution of campaigns and iterations
• G Learning & improvement:
  1. Stay updated on Meta Ads best practices and platform updates
  2. Continuously improve execution quality and speed
• H. Other responsibilities:
  1. Check all active campaigns (twice daily)
  2. Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPA, spend)
  3. Pause or flag underperforming ads
  4. Launch new campaigns and creatives
  5. Update performance sheets
  6. Coordinate with team for upcoming tests
