Role Description

The Digital Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur. The intern will assist in planning and executing digital campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels to increase brand visibility and engagement. Daily tasks include creating and scheduling social media posts, supporting content creation, monitoring campaign performance, and preparing basic reports using web analytics tools. The role also involves conducting market and competitor research, coordinating with the design and development teams, and helping optimize campaigns to improve reach and conversions. The intern will collaborate with senior team members, learn best practices in digital marketing, and contribute to client projects in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess foundational skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with an interest in learning campaign strategy and execution.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing, including content scheduling, community engagement, and basic platform insights.
• Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics, such as interpreting basic metrics, tracking performance, and supporting reporting tasks.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising (e.g., Meta Ads or Google Ads) is an advantage.
• Proficiency with common digital tools (e.g., social media platforms, spreadsheets, presentation tools) and a willingness to learn new software.
• Pursuing or having completed a degree or certification in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
