Stipend: ₹10,000 per month

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (Full Day) + Saturday (2-Hour Weekly Reporting)

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated, versatile Digital Marketing Generalist Interns to join our team for an intensive 3-month internship. In this generalist role, you will gain hands-on, 360-degree exposure across the entire digital marketing funnel—from social media execution and community management to SEO keyword research, blogging, off-page PR outreach, and monthly performance reporting. Working as a collaborative pair, both interns will cross-train, brainstorm, and share execution across campaign deliverables. This internship is ideal for candidates eager to build a comprehensive portfolio and master multi-channel digital execution in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

1. Social Media Management & Channel Setup

• Channel Setup & Optimisation: Establish, configure, and optimize branded profiles, specifically Facebook Pages and Google Business Listings (Google Business Profile), ensuring consistent NAP (Name, Address, Phone) details and visual branding.
• Content Planning & Execution: Assist in building and maintaining the monthly Social Calendar, and handle the daily creation, scheduling, and publishing of Posts & Stories .
• Community Engagement: Actively monitor brand handles and inboxes, handle incoming queries and comments, and drive positive Community Engagements and Response Management .

2. SEO, Content Strategy & Repurposing

• Keywords & Concepts: Conduct keyword research and identify organic search concepts to inform content planning and improve search visibility.
• Blog Writing: Draft clear, engaging, and SEO-optimized Blogs aligned with target keywords, industry trends, and audience pain points.
• Content Repurposing: Adapt long-form blogs and press releases into bite-sized social media content (carousels, single-image posts, stories, and infographics).

3. Off-Page & PR Outreach

• Forum Engagements: Build brand authority and backlink opportunities by participating actively in relevant niche forums (e.g., Quora, Reddit, and industry communities).
• Press Release Submissions: Format, edit, and submit Press Releases across syndication networks and PR submission portals.

4. Performance Tracking & Analytics

• Post Performance Updates: Monitor and track post-level metrics to deliver regular Social Media Post Performance Updates .
• Medium Performance Tracking: Evaluate platform-wide growth trends to provide comprehensive Social Medium Performance Updates .
• Monthly Reporting: Collaborate to design visual, client-ready Social Media Reports in Google Slides showcasing reach, engagement, web traffic conversion, and actionable optimizations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Recent graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, Journalism, English, or related fields.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with a strong eye for visual detail.
• Technical Proficiency: Basic working knowledge of Canva, Google Slides, and primary social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• SEO & Analytics Awareness: Familiarity with basic SEO principles, keyword research, and digital analytics concepts.
• Work Ethic: Highly self-disciplined, reliable in a remote setup, proactive about learning, and comfortable working collaboratively in a team of two.
• Technical Setup: Personal laptop/computer and a stable high-speed internet connection.
