Role Overview:We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Paid Advertising (Meta & Google Ads) and WordPress website management. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creative, and passionate about digital growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Paid Ads Management:- Plan, launch, manage & optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
- Set up pixel/conversions, track performance, and adjust creatives and copy to improve CTR & CPL.
- A/B test creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Analyze campaign performance reports and present insights weekly.
WordPress & Landing Page Management:- Build, update, and optimize WordPress websites and landing pages.
- Ensure fast load times, mobile responsiveness, and clean UI/UX design.
- Implement SEO basics (meta tags, schema, etc.) and install essential plugins.
- Collaborate with the design team for visuals when needed.
Campaign Strategy & Coordination:- Assist in funnel building: from ad to landing page to lead capture.
- Write or edit compelling ad copy and page content (with guidance from our copy team).
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for campaign briefs and delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and WordPress.
Requirements:- 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing (Meta/Google Ads).
- Proficient in WordPress website building (Elementor or similar).
- Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing funnels, and lead generation.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of ad metrics (CPC, CPL, ROAS, etc.).
- Understanding of ad policies and audience targeting best practices.
- Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Canva, Zapier, Google Analytics, and email platforms (MailerLite, ConvertKit, etc.).

- Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
