Qualifications

• 1–2 years in digital marketing or fresher with exceptional communication and client-handling.
• Strong English written and verbal skills for client interactions.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid channels.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and provide campaign updates.
• Develop social strategies, content calendars, and growth plans.
• Track ROAS, CPL, and landing page performance to maximise ROI.
• Collaborate with design, content, and development teams for delivery.

The Role

We are seeking a proactive, client-ready Digital Marketing Executive to drive multi-channel campaigns, manage client communications, and turn performance data into actionable business growth. If you combine creative content sense with data analytical skills, this role offers direct exposure to global accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, build, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid channels.
• Client Handling & Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing campaign updates, lead reports, and strategic performance reviews.
• Social Media & Content Strategy: Craft engaging social strategies, content calendars, and channel growth plans to build audience engagement.
• Funnel Optimization: Track ROAS, Cost Per Lead (CPL), conversions, and landing page performance to maximize marketing ROI.
• SEO & Analytics: Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and track growth metrics using Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with in-house design, content, and development teams to ensure seamless creative delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business, or Communications (Required).
• Experience: 1–2 years in digital marketing OR a Fresher with stellar communication and client-handling abilities.
• Core Competencies: Strong command of verbal and written English for client interactions and narrative reporting.
• Technical Familiarity: Hands-on knowledge or strong grounding in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
• Bonus Skills: Hands-on experience with Canva, AI marketing tools, email marketing systems, or CRM tools.
